Adam founded Max ASP in 2004 and named the company after his father Maxwell. Adam’s father was a Master Mariner, a captain of merchant ships and taught Adam the supreme importance of the crew, close teamworking and being responsible for each other. Adam’s mission was to bring best practise Inside Sales and CRM execution for B2B industries, and in the last years with a clear focus on the machine building industry.
Benjamin joined Adam in 2009 with a Computer Sciences specialization, and is now one of the major shareholders in the company. Benjamin’s business philosophy is to leverage best-in-breed technology next to clear business process and procedures definition and talent development, as the basis to drive sales results and overall business performance.
