Our Story
Max ASP was founded in 2004 and is Headquartered in Ulm, in Southern Germany and close to the Swiss border. In the last 10 years our business has been increasingly focused on B2B industrial markets, and especially on global and premium Machine Building manufacturers. BOBST, a client for more than 10 years, Bühler, Syntegon and Premier Tech, are all long-standing clients and our Inside Sales teams are highly embedded into their sales organizations. We are also highly engaged into critical aspects of the customer management systems landscape of our clients - we implemented the Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud platform globally for BOBST and we have built up a deep consulting experience in Salesforce CRM implementation for industrial machine builders and other complex industries.
Technology as an enabler for sales and operational excellence will also shape Max ASP's future more and more, from best-in-class CRM systems implementation to Agentic AI and Data Intelligence - we are accelerating rapidly in these areas.
Max ASP employs more than 100 people, located globally across our main global delivery hubs in Ulm, Guadalajara and Kuala Lumpur, and our virtual operating hubs in Prishtina (Kosovo), São Paulo, Cairo and Casablanca.

Adam Lamont-Brown
Founder & Managing Director
Adam founded Max ASP in 2004 and named the company after his father Maxwell - Adam's father had taught Adam the importance of an international mindset in business and life generally, and that collaboration and close teamworking are critical factors for success. Before founding Max ASP, Adam played a pivotal role for 7 years in implementing a new B2B Inside Sales and CRM global operating model within Compaq and Hewlett Packard, including establishing HP's global CRM operating standard.
Adam's and Max ASP's journey has been entrepreneurial at its core and life changing in terms of business opportunity and personal growth, and establishing a strong group of exceptional people in the business, to the benefit of each other and our clients.
Benjamin Taenzer
CEO & Managing Director
Benjamin is a Computer Scientist and joined Max ASP in 2009 and one of the Max ASP's major shareholders. Benjamin's business philosophy is to leverage best-in-breed technology, business best practice and standardization within Max ASP's specialist industry domain and talent development, as the basis for business performance and success.
